It was a bit over priced, in my opinion, but was a decent hotel. It was clean and beds were comfy. The couple of downfalls were the wifi there is horrible, the tv keep cutting out (not good for kiddos and cartoons), the pool was nice but no sauna and the pool water temperature was very cold.

I paid over $160 for a hotel with no tv and no curtains. I was above the entry to the hotel so my room was lit up like the day all night. I called and asked for batteries and curtiains at 7:50pm and sat there. I need to use the bathroom, didn’t, needed to brush my teeth, didn’t, need to change into my pjs, didn’t, needed to go to bed(I go to bed at 8 and wake at 3), didn’t. After 40 minutes I did all that. 40 minutes later after I was asleep, they came knocking. I didn’t have the energy to get out of bed and didn’t need batteries for tv remote anymore. Every time my eyes peeped open the entire night I freaked out thinking I had slept through my alarm because it was so bright in my room. When I checked out I was told the staff had forgotten to put the curtains up. I was told my concerns would be told to management. No discount. That’s awful expensive price for a hotel with no tv that I can’t even sleep in. I was there for 9.5 hours! I just needed a good night sleep!

I've been staying here one night a week for close to 9 months now, I'd guess? The rooms are always clean and the staff is top notch. I look forward to seeing the same faces every week and Gopy always has a smile very welcoming. I travel with my support dog, there is no hassle and they do their best to keep me on a first floor every week, as it makes it easier to let him out to do his business. I will continue to give them my business and recommend them to anyone else. A++++

Upon checking in you are required to pay $100 incidental fee in case something happens to the room during your stay. The $100 is supposed to be refunded upon check out. I checked in on 1/24/25 and as of today 2/11/25 the funds are still pending and not released. I have gone back to Holiday Inn and was told that the transaction was not cancelled and they went ahead an did it. However the cancelling of the transaction took place on 1/30/25 and again to date the funds are still showing pending with my banking institution. The other downfall is they invite those that don't have reservations to come into the lobby and get warm. Which is completely fine however when I stayed the man that was in the lobby when I checked in watched my every move. When I went to go and get my items out of my car, etc. etc. etc..
Other than this rooms are excellent....neat, clean 10/10.
